Production time

Some of our hats are ready to ship, while others are handmade-to-order. Please refer to each product’s description for details.

For made-to-order items, please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for production before shipping. If you have a deadline or need your order urgently, feel free to get in touch, we will do our best to accommodate your schedule: hello@paulakasu.com.

The delivery time varies depending on the delivery method and begins on the next business day following the shipping date. Available delivery methods and prices vary depending on the destination country.

Ready-to-ship orders are currently packed and shipped twice a week.

The following shipping fees will be added to your order at the checkout:

• Finland 20€

• Rest of EU countries 25€

• Outside EU / Rest of world 30€

Domestic deliveries are shipped with Posti. Deliveries arrive typically in 2-5 business days from the day your order is ready to leave.

International orders are shipped via Posti, Fedex or alternative courier services. Delivery time is 3-7 business days to EU and 6-14 business days to rest of the world.

Please note that these shipping fees do not include customs cost or duties for orders outside EU.

Return Policy:

According to Finnish consumer protection law, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the delivery.

Please note that the right of return does not apply to custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items, as these products are manufactured specifically to your request.

All returns are made at the customer's own risk and expense. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@paulakasu.com with the following details:

• Your name

• Order number

• A list of the items you wish to return

• The tracking code for the return shipment

A full refund will be issued only if the returned item is:

• In unused, original condition

• In its original packaging, with all original tags and labels attached

If the product has been used or is no longer in resaleable condition, we reserve the right to deduct a fee from the refund to compensate for the diminished value.

Refunds will be processed within approximately 30 days of receiving and confirming the return. Please note that we will not issue a refund until we have received the returned item or a valid proof of delivery from the postal service.

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all content and orders placed on Paula Kasul’s website (“Site”). Please read them carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you accept these terms. These terms form a contract between you and Paula Kasu. Paula Kasu may update these terms and conditions from time to time by posting the revised version on the Site.

Payment

Payments are processed via Klarna (Europe only) or Stripe. We accept most major credit cards. Klarna also offers direct bank transfer or deferred payment options. You may select your preferred payment method during checkout. We do not store your bank or card details.

Prices

All prices are quoted in Euros and include Finnish VAT (25,5%). Shipping and customs fees are not included. Customers outside the EU may be liable for import duties and taxes, which are payable upon delivery.

Order Confirmation

Orders placed on the Site constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Paula Kasu. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion for reasons such as product unavailability or errors in pricing or product descriptions.

Delivery & Shipping

Some hats are made-to-order, while others are ready for immediate shipment. Delivery times and availability are indicated in the product descriptions. For made-to-order products, please allow 2-3 weeks for production.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Defective Goods & Liability

We are liable for defects in accordance with consumer protection laws. Please report any defects promptly. We will replace defective items with identical undamaged ones as soon as possible.

If an item is damaged in transit, notify us within 1-3 days of delivery and provide photos of the damage and packaging.

Our total liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the goods.

All content and elements on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These materials remain the exclusive property of Hattu & Turbaani Oy (Paula Kasu) or its respective licensors and may not be used, copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Finland.
